Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
Definitions
MinecraftAnalytics is a service that provides monitoring for Minecraft servers and networks, including logs, metrics, dashboards, exceptions, and an AI assistant. The owner is Karol Orszulak JBWM, ul. Stawowa 1a, 44-350 Gorzyce, Poland, NIP 6472599332, REGON 522914411.
A customer is a person or organization that creates an account or uses a plan. A consumer is a customer who is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.
Telemetry means the logs, metrics, exception traces, dashboard content, AI assistant messages, and other server data the customer sends to or stores in the service.
Acceptance
These terms form the contract between the customer and the owner. You accept them when you create an account or start a plan, whichever comes first. The contract also includes the plan and price shown when you order, and the privacy notice at /privacy.
If you accept for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization. The organization is then the customer.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. A business customer must act through a person who is allowed to bind it.
You are responsible for your account, password, license key, and any MCP token you create. Do not share them. Activity under those credentials is treated as yours until you tell us that they are compromised. Write to [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
Changes to these terms and to prices
The owner may change these terms or the prices of paid plans. A change is announced by email to the account address, or by a notice in the service, at least 14 days before it takes effect.
A price change applies to the next billing period. The period already paid stays at the price shown when that order was placed. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect. The current paid period then continues on the previous terms until it ends. If you keep using a paid plan after the effective date, the new terms apply from that date.
Plans
The free plan is available without payment, within the limits shown on the pricing page. The owner may change or end the free plan with at least 14 days' notice. Ending the free plan does not by itself end a paid plan already purchased.
A paid plan starts for the period shown in the order after Stripe confirms payment. It includes the features and limits shown at checkout and on the pricing page, including servers, users, log storage, metrics storage, and AI assistant use. If a limit is exceeded, ingest or the AI assistant may pause until the next billing period or until the plan is upgraded.
Paid plans renew automatically for successive periods of the same length until you cancel. Cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops the next charge. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
If a renewal payment fails, paid features may be suspended until Stripe confirms payment. Telemetry is not deleted only because of a short payment failure, and it is not kept longer than the retention period below.
Payments
Subscriptions and charges are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, you use Stripe Checkout or the Stripe Customer Portal. We do not collect or store your full payment card details (card number, CVC, or similar). Stripe processes that data as an independent payment provider.
We receive from Stripe only what is needed to run the account: payment status, subscription period, invoice references, and a Stripe customer identifier. Receipts and invoices are provided by Stripe. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. If VAT applies, it is shown there. Stripe's handling of payment data is described in Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Fees for a period that has started are not refunded, except where a charge was taken and the plan was not activated, where these terms give a right of withdrawal that is still open, or where mandatory law requires a refund. Complaints go to [email protected].
The service
The service is access to MinecraftAnalytics for the plan you are on. It is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and maintenance, outages, or failures of Stripe, hosting, or your Minecraft servers can interrupt it.
Answers from the AI assistant can be wrong or incomplete. They are not professional, legal, or operational advice. You decide what to do with them.
Your content
You keep your rights in the telemetry you submit. You grant the owner a non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, and process that telemetry only to provide the service to your account, including search, dashboards, and the AI assistant, and to secure and back it up for that purpose.
You confirm that you have the rights and, where personal data is included, the legal basis to send that telemetry. Logs may contain player usernames, IP addresses, or chat. You are the controller of that player data. You instruct us to process it only as described in these terms.
You are responsible for what you submit. It must comply with the law and these terms. We do not review telemetry in the ordinary operation of the service. If there are reasonable grounds to believe content breaks the law or these terms, we may remove it or suspend the account, within the access limits in the privacy section. If suspension or removal follows your breach, fees for the unused part of the current period are not refunded, except where mandatory consumer law requires a refund.
Prohibited conduct
You may send telemetry only for servers you operate or are allowed to monitor. You may not attempt to read another customer's logs or metrics, probe or misuse ingest or the API, share a license or MCP token, or use the service to store or distribute unlawful content.
If abuse is reasonably suspected, the account or the affected server may be blocked. Adding it again may be refused. Where we can do so without undermining the block, we will email the account address and say what was blocked.
Privacy and processing of telemetry
The privacy notice at /privacy explains how account and billing data are handled. This section is the processing arrangement for telemetry that contains personal data, including player data. For that data you are the controller and the owner is the processor. For your account email and billing records, the owner is the controller.
Instructions. Your use of the service, and these terms, are the documented instructions. We process telemetry only to provide, secure, and support the service for your account, and as required by law. If a legal requirement forces a different use, we tell you beforehand unless the law forbids that notice.
Retention. Logs, metrics, and other telemetry are kept for between one and three months, depending on your plan. After that they are deleted or no longer available. After you close the account, remaining telemetry is deleted within 30 days, and in any case it is not kept longer than that plan retention. Account and billing records may be kept afterwards for as long as Polish tax and accounting law requires.
Access by the operator. The owner and platform administrators do not access your logs, metrics, dashboards, AI assistant messages, or other telemetry in the ordinary operation of the service. That data is processed automatically and is available in your account only.
A person on our side may open telemetry only if:
- you ask us to, for example in a support request, and only for what you asked about;
- the law requires it; or
- there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these terms, and only to the extent needed to confirm the breach and to block or remove the affected account or content.
People and subprocessors. People who can access personal data are bound to confidentiality. You authorize the subprocessors we use to run the service: Stripe for payments, and providers that host the application and store telemetry. We remain responsible for their processing under this section. A current list is available on request at [email protected]. We give notice of a new subprocessor by email or in the service before we start using them for your data, and you may object on reasonable data-protection grounds. If we cannot offer a reasonable alternative, you may close the account before that subprocessor is used.
Transfers. Stripe and some hosting providers may process data in the United States or another country outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Assistance and deletion. We assist you, taking into account the nature of the processing, with data-subject requests, security, and legally required impact assessments that relate to this processing. At the end of the service we delete telemetry as stated above, unless the law requires us to keep it. We make available the information reasonably needed to show compliance with this section.
Security. We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access control, separation between customer accounts, and encrypted transport. You must not send personal data you do not need for monitoring.
Your rights as a data subject. Where we are the controller, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may withdraw consent where processing was based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it. You may also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl. Requests about your account go to [email protected]. Requests about player data in telemetry should be sent to you as controller; if we receive one, we forward it to you unless we are allowed to handle it ourselves.
Closing the account
You may close the account by writing to [email protected]. Cancel a paid subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal first, so a renewal is not charged. While the account is open you can use your telemetry in the service. A copy of account data can be requested at the same address before the account is closed.
We may suspend or close an account that materially breaches these terms, with email notice when that notice would not defeat the purpose of the suspension. You may close the account if we materially breach these terms and do not cure the breach within 14 days after you write to us. If we close or you close for our uncured breach, we refund fees for the unused part of the current paid period.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that Polish or EU law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for intent, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to that, and for a customer who is not a consumer, our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data you could have kept on your own servers, or other indirect loss. We are not liable for your content, for decisions you take from AI output, or for outages of your Minecraft servers.
For a consumer, liability follows mandatory law. We are not liable for loss caused by your breach of these terms, by content you submitted, or by a cause outside our reasonable control, to the extent the law allows that limit.
Complaints
The owner, or Stripe as the payment processor, may ask for the details of the transaction so the problem can be handled. We do not have your full card number.
Send a complaint to [email protected]. Include your account email, what went wrong, the payment method, the amount, proof of payment, and a Stripe receipt or invoice ID if you have one. We reply without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the complaint. If we need more information, we say so inside that period. For a consumer, if we do not reply within 14 days, the complaint is treated as accepted where the Consumer Rights Act so provides.
Withdrawal by consumers
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after it was concluded, without giving a reason.
The right ends early for this digital service if you ask us to start it before the 14 days end and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Starting a paid plan at checkout is that request. The right then ends when the plan is activated.
Where the right is still open, send a clear statement to [email protected], or use the form below. If you withdraw in time, we refund every payment received for that contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the withdrawal, using the same payment method through Stripe, unless you agree to another method. You do not pay a fee for the refund.

Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. A consumer keeps the protection of mandatory rules of the country where they live.
A consumer may bring a claim in the courts of their place of residence, or in the court competent for the owner's seat. We sue a consumer only in the courts of the consumer's place of residence. A claim against a customer who is not a consumer is brought in the court competent for the owner's registered office.
A consumer may also ask for help out of court from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (miejski or powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów) or from the Provincial Inspector of the Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektor Inspekcji Handlowej). Writing to [email protected] is a complaint to us, not a referral to those bodies.
Final provisions
The language of the contract is English. You may write to us in English or Polish. If a provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
