Who is responsible

For your account and billing data, the controller is Karol Orszulak JBWM, ul. Stawowa 1a, 44-350 Gorzyce, Poland, NIP 6472599332, REGON 522914411. Contact: [email protected].

For personal data inside telemetry you send from your servers, including player usernames, IP addresses, or chat that appears in logs, you are the controller and we are the processor. The processing terms are in the Terms of Service. Another customer cannot search your telemetry. Each account sees only its own data.

What we process and why

Account. Email address, login details, and the servers and settings you save. We use them to create the account, sign you in, and run the service. The legal basis is the contract.

Telemetry. Logs, metrics, exceptions, dashboards, and messages to the AI assistant. We process them to provide monitoring, search, dashboards, and the assistant, on your instructions as processor. The service cannot monitor a server without the telemetry you choose to send.

Payments. Charges go through Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number or CVC. We keep the billing details Stripe sends us, such as whether a payment succeeded, the plan, the period, invoice references, and a Stripe customer identifier. The legal basis is the contract and, for records we must keep, a legal duty under tax and accounting law.

Messages. Emails you send us, including complaints. We use them to answer and to keep a record of the request. The legal basis is the contract or a legal duty, and our legitimate interest in handling the correspondence.

Providing an email address is required to open an account. You do not have to send player personal data. If you can avoid putting it in log lines, do so.

How long we keep it

Logs, metrics, and other telemetry are kept for between one and three months, depending on the plan. After that they are deleted or no longer available in the service. After the account is closed, remaining telemetry is deleted within 30 days, and it is not kept longer than that plan retention.

Account and billing records may be kept longer, for the period required by Polish tax and accounting law.

Who receives it

Recipients are Stripe, for payments, and providers that host the application and store telemetry. They process data only so the service can run. A list of subprocessors is available on request at [email protected].

Some of those providers, including Stripe, may process data in the United States or another country outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on an adequacy decision, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Access by us

The owner and platform administrators do not access your logs, metrics, dashboards, AI assistant messages, or other telemetry in the ordinary operation of the service. Processing is automatic, and the data is available in your account only.

A person on our side may open telemetry only if you ask us to and only for what you asked about, if the law requires it, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of the terms and only to the extent needed to confirm that breach and to block or remove the affected account or content.

Your rights

Where we are the controller, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before the withdrawal.

You may complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl.

Send account requests to [email protected]. Requests from players about data inside your logs should be addressed to you. If such a request reaches us, we pass it to you unless we are allowed to answer it ourselves.

We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal effects, other than pausing ingest or the AI assistant when a published plan limit is exceeded or a payment fails. You can contest that by email.
